Masons Island CT Spray Foam Insulation Install

Cold air was coming in through the sill plate and making the kitchen floors cold.  Another problem was the chimneys were wide open with no caps.  We sprayed the basement sill plate where the house sits on the foundation, and installed lock-top chimney caps so that the flue seals closed when not in use, but can be be opened in a second to have a romantic fire.
